Celebrating the category growth of organic fresh potatoes, FSN joins organic fresh produce exhibitors for Organic Produce Summit’s inaugural Trade Show (Booth 513) in Monterey, Calif.
San Francisco, CA (July 12, 2016) – Fresh Solutions Network announces its exhibit for Side Delights® Farmers Table Organic Potatoes at the Organic Produce Summit trade show, July 13, and July 14, 2016, in Monterey, Calif. The Organic Produce Summit is a celebration of organic, fresh produce growers, retailers and distributors, which share information about the success of this rapid-growth, multi-billion-dollar food sector.

Packaging for distribution in Canada (bi-lingual in English and French) is also available.

Organic potato growth outpaces the total category, driven by expansion of items offered and a 12 percent increase in distribution. Organic potato dollar sales account for three percent of all potato sales, up 325 percent over two years ago*.
